What This Page Is

This page tells you what information ACA Restoration collects when you contact us or visit our website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what your choices are. We tried to write this in plain English. If anything is unclear, call us at 848-337-3686 and we will explain it in person.

The only personal information we collect is what you give us directly. That falls into a few buckets:

• When you call us: your phone number shows up on our caller ID. We may write down your name, address, and a description of your situation so the right crew arrives prepared.
• When you submit a form on this site: whatever fields you fill in. Typically that is name, phone, address, and a short description of the issue.
• When you text or email: the contents of the message and the contact info attached to it.
• When you visit the website: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). This is what every website does; the data is used for security and traffic analysis.

What We Do With It

We use your information for one purpose: to deliver the restoration work you contacted us about. That includes:

• Dispatching a crew to your address.
• Talking to your insurance carrier about your claim if you authorize that.
• Sending you a written estimate, invoice, or scope of work.
• Following up after the job to make sure everything was completed correctly.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not pass it to marketing companies. The only third parties that see it are the ones directly involved in your project (your insurance carrier, sub-trades on your job, and the suppliers we order materials from).

How Long We Keep It

Active job records are kept for the life of the project plus seven years for insurance and tax purposes. After that, paper records are shredded and digital records are permanently deleted from our active systems.

Your Choices

• You can ask to see what information we have about you. Call 848-337-3686 and we will email it to you within a reasonable time.
• You can ask us to delete information about you, with the caveat that we have to keep certain records for tax and insurance reasons even if you ask.
• If we have your phone number from a past job and you do not want to be contacted again, tell us and we will note it.

Cookies And Tracking

This website uses minimal cookies. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not use behavioral remarketing. If we add analytics in the future to understand how visitors use the site, we will update this page first.

Children Under 13

This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes To This Policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the "Last Updated" date at the top.
